David Li has been contributing to open source software since 1990. He is a member of Free Software Foundation, committer to Apache projects and board director of ObjectWeb. Over the past 20 years, David has started several open source software projects and contributed to many others. In 2010, he co-founded XinCheJian, the first hackerspace in China to promote hacker/maker culture and open source hardware. In 2011, he co-founded Hacked Matter, a think tank on makers and open innovation. He In the past two years, he has become interested in urban farming and is an enthusiastic proponent of aquaponics, which brings the spirit of open source to farming and gardening. In 2015, he co-founded Maker Collider, a platform to develop next-generation IoT from Maker community. He is also the director of Shenzhen Open Innovation Lab.

Dr. MananSuri (Member, IEEE) is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi (IIT-Delhi). He was born in India in 1987. He received his PhD in Nanoelectronics from InstitutPolytechnique de Grenoble (INPG), France in 2013. He obtained his M.Eng. (2010) and B.S (2009) in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University, USA. Prior to joining IIT-Delhi, he has worked at NXP Semiconductors, Belgium and CEA-LETI, France. His research interests include Unconventional Computing Hardware (Machine Learning/Neuromorphic) and semiconductor Non-Volatile Memory Technology. He holds several granted and filed US, and international patents. He has authored 1 book, 2 book chapters and 40+ papers in reputed international conferences and journals. He is a visiting scientist at CNRS-France and serves as committee member/reviewer for IEEE journals/conferences. He has received several prestigious national and international honors such as the IEI Young Engineers Award, Kusuma Outstanding Young Faculty Fellowship, and Laureat du Prix (NSF-France).

Stephen most recently served as the SVP & GM of Broadcom’s IoT business GM before leading the sale of the group to Cypress Semiconductor. During his tenure he and his teams introduced a portfolio of wireless devices, IoT platforms and the WICED™ IoT developer ecosystem. DiFranco joined Broadcom from HP where he led HP’s WW Channel organization before become the SVP of the Americas PC Sales Group. Before leaving HP he was assigned to the America’s Enterprise Partner Organizations to focus on the SMB market. During this role he began to see an increase in device generated data being captured by cloud customers. In 2017 he launched IoT Advisory Group to help companies create IoT business models and solve business problems with IoT analytics. The IoT Advisory Group works with IT partners to build IoT practices.

Patrick Corsi is aninternational consultant in designingbreakthroughfutures operating from London, Brussels, and Luxembourg, andanAssociate Practitioner in intensive innovationwith the Centre de GestionScientifique at Mines ParisTech in Paris. Previously, he hadanextensivecareerwith IBM Corp., IBM France, THOMSON-CSF, the European Commission as well as a successful start-up experience. Havingworked most frequently in artificial intelligence, he long was anassociate professor in innovationand hi-tech marketing.
A SOLVAY Brussels School of Economics & Management alumnus, he holds a Ph.D. from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, following his engineering graduation in computer science from ENSIMAG and a Master in applied mathematics from Marseilles.
